About Me
I grew up in a small town in northern New York (about 30 minutes from the Canadian Border) and moved myself (and my dog) to central Kentucky to pursue graduate degrees in Geoscience at the University of Kentucky. I received my Masters degree in August 2024 in low-CO2 cement mineralogy and began my PhD studies in the Fall of 2024. My doctoral studies are investigating the metamorphic and igneous controls on REE accessory phase genesis in the southern Appalachian orogen.
